Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across South Africa — no minimum order required.
Delivery Timeframes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or public holiday disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will work with our courier to resolve the issue.
