At ÉLANORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email at supportelanora@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or faulty item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (unless faulty)
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
